St. Barnabas In the News for March Participation

posted in: News / Events | 0

St. Barnabas parishioner Maggie Ball (pictured above) was one of several parishioners who carried the church banner in Seattle’s March for Our Lives on Saturday, March 24. About 20 St. Barnabas parishioners participated in the Seattle or Silverdale marches, along with thousands across the country, calling for sensible gun laws and seafety for children in schools.

St. Barnabas’ participation in the Seattle walk received both national and local coverage. Rev. Jim Friedrich (who took the above photo), also wrote a blog post, which was featured ont he front page of the Episcopal Cafe, a well-known Episcopal website.
