Started and continuing as an Outreach program of St. Barnabas, our kitchen is serves start-up food industry businesses to help them get established through lower than standard rental rates in a commercial kitchen space. Local entrepreneurs, caterers, those dabbling in wholesale, and others are all welcome to tour our facility and discuss availability. Kitchen Manager Tim Shelly is here to help you with kitchen orientation, understanding our rental agreements, and with kitchen scheduling.
Our rental rates are $15 per hour. If you are working on a project dealing with food insecurity please let us know, rates may change based on your charitable time! We are eager to support you as you start your new business. Join us in this collective community space shared with many talented chefs and other non-profits feeding many.
